A CUTTING EDGE CMOS VOLUME!!

Are you a professional or student that works with complementary metal oxide semiconductors (CMOSs)? If you are, then this book is for you. Author Rasoul Dehghani, has done an outstanding job of writing a book that provides important details and design methodologies for different architectures of single-ended op amps.
Author Dehghani, begins by introducing the main op amp parameters that a have significant impact on the behavior of an analog system where an op amp has been exploited. Next, the author briefly describes the main sequence of steps that are followed in the fabrication of an MOS transistor. Then, he first analyzes a source-coupled circuit as a differential voltage-to-current converter and then deals with the CMOS differential amplifier in which a current mirror circuit is employed as an active load for the source-coupled pair. In addition, the author deals with the analysis and design of several op amps, including two-stage, telescope cascode and a particular configuration of it known as folded-cascode, and current mirror structure. He continues by outlining the remarkable advantages of fully differential op amps compared to their single-ended alternative. The author then discusses the different structures that are usually used as the output stage of an op amp. Finally, the author analyzes several special architectures of CMOS voltage and current reference circuits.
This most excellent book also introduces different structures of bandgap voltage reference generators. In addition, this great book also looked at a large number of topics that were associated- and/or in conjunction with the CMOS output stages.
